We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells including deodorant or perfume, with original tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at fiveninefashion@gmail.com. When your return is accepted, you may send it using any courier of choice. We do suggest using a trackable service as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages/Exchanges
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Bodysuits, Swimwear & Final Sale items do not qualify for returns/exchanges.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift card purchases.


Refunds
We do not issue refunds, all returns will be issued a store credit or given an exchange. No exceptions.

What is Store Credit/ How it works                                                                      

Store credit comes in the form of a discount code that is sent via email. Store credit can be used to repurchase on the website, you just type in the code in the section at checkout that says discount code and it will deduct the money for you. Store Credit does not have an expiration date and can be used at any time.
